Spicer’s Boat City Ranked No. 6 Among North America’s Top Boat Dealerships

Spicer’s Boat City has once again been recognized as one of North America’s Top 10 Boat Dealerships, earning a No. 6 overall ranking in the annual Top 100 Dealers awards presented by Boating Industry Magazine.

The Top 10 designation places Spicer’s Boat City among the best marine retailers in North America, recognizing dealerships that are unsurpassed in business operations, professionalism, marketing practices, customer service, and more.  “From an industry made up of hundreds of thousands, it’s an honor for all of us to celebrate the marine industry’s elite across all segments,” said Adam Quandt, director of Boating Industry’s Top 100 program.

“It’s a pleasure to help our customers enjoy boating.  We’re always on the lookout for new products, services, or processes that our customers will benefit from, and to be recognized for that is really nice,” said owner Phillip Spicer.  “We have such great employees.  And the loyalty and trust of our customers fuel their desire to keep improving.” This recognition also marks 14 consecutive years that Spicer’s Boat City has been named to the Boating Industry Top 100 list.

Spicer’s Boat City has also received the 2025 Mercury Marine Customer Satisfaction award, placing the dealership in the top five percent of dealers nationwide for CSI.  Spicer’s is a 5-Star Certified Dealership by the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas, and is proudly entering its 62nd year of serving Michigan boaters.
