Handles Well

Was realy suprized how well it handled for being almost 900#. I have a Sportman 500 and 700 efi and depending on how well you drive, it moves right through the trails for a big machine. There was more power than my 05 700. From a dead stop, it will beat the 700 from start to finish. It does seem like the lights are brighter. Polaris knows what they're doing when they build farm equipment, as my freinds call it. Once I let them ride one of them they have a differnt tone. It's nice to be able to take wife out riding becouse lots of time we go for long rides. Polaris has really kept rider comfort in mind. I bought the deluxe with ADC. I went down some big hills where the 700's rear end slides because only the back wheels slow down where all four wheels do on the 800 nice. Wasn't sure if I would like the two seater but honestly, it's a lot nicer rideing on it than on my 700 double. It made a lot more sense that sombody would make a two seater. Yeah, it's longer but didn't take about five minites to adjust to it. Also the rear drive shaft comes out into the rear dif straight - no u-joints. When you're riding double it's nice to have the power when you need it. My friend has a 06 500 x2 and it's like day and night with all of the differences between the two machines. I'm not afraid of getting it dirty - it does good in the mud too. Do wish it had more storage like the bigger gas tank for long rides. As long as you don't run full bore, it does good on gas.

Upgrades/Accessories:  Body armor, rack extender on front hand gaurds, and box's bags
