Well, first off let me say that I was totally amped to purchase the MXZ. Taking a couple years off from riding I did a lot of research to figure out what sled would be right for me. I ride in Alaska, which is harsh conditions and extremely cold tempratures. Me and my buddy purchased the new MXZ. At first I didn't know what to think of the REV platform, but I will tell you it's extremely comfortable. Great rider comfort. And after the 300 mile break in, we finally hammered down on the more than responsive throttle. On a lake we were clocked at 92 miles an hour, and the sled was very stable at this high speed. Any type of mountain riding you'll be hindered by the 121" track, but due to power I was able to keep up with most of the longtracks. But on the trail I was king. The second hard ride we did was on the IRON DOG trail in Wasilla, if you don't know, it's the Iditarode on snowmachines. A lot of moguls and turns. We were able to pass people like they were standing still taking each bump in stride. The adjustable shocks in the front and rear are very easy to comfrom to your type of riding. The sled was easy to start until -25 degree's, but after some elbow grease, we got them turned over. Our two sleds also broke through a river and were sunk for a day, and after some maintenance they were up and running again asking for more. It's a great buy for trail riders!
